Culture and Art Lectures was given by famous calligrapher and painter Luo Zhong
in Zhang Xiong Academy of Painting and Calligraphy on Dec.14, 2014. The Lectures were hosted by Xiamen Federation
of Literary and Art Circles, co-hosted by Xiamen Evening, organized by Xiamen
Calligraphers Association, and co-organized by Xiamen Zhang Xiong Academy of
Painting and Calligraph. The lecture drew a lot of calligraphy lovers, both old
and young.
Famous calligrapher and painter Luo
Zhong was born in 1944 in Xiamen. His art name: Yun Yan Ju Zhu. He is a member
of Chinese Calligraphers Association, Chinese Couplets Society and Chinese
Couplets Calligraphy Art Committee, and Secretary-General of Painters and
Calligraphers Office of CPPCC Xiamen. He is living in Beijing. He is in charge
of Vice-President of Beijing Contemporary Hong Wen Academy of Painting,
Vice-President of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Masters Institute, Senior
Advisor of Hong Kong (Foreign) Culture and Art Exchange Association and
Director of China-South Korea Painters and Calligraphers Association.
